Røros
The town of Røros is the center of an old mining area. And is like a walk back in history with all its old, charming timber houses and remnants from the mining industry. Røros is also one of the coldest places in Norway. It can be -30, -40 C in winter time. So you can imagine the stress it was to work here in the old days. It was -10 C at the time I was there in Nov 2022.
